How do I caculate credit sales?

I am working on this textbook question:

A Ltd’s credit sales are collected as follows:

Month of sale – 50%
1st Month after sale – 30%
2nd Month after sale – 15%
Bad Debts – 5%

Budgeted sales data for Jan-April is:

Jan – £100,000
Feb – £160,000
March – £180,000
April – £120,000

What is the amount creveived in April for credit sales ONLY?

How should I prepare a few one time Ebay sales?

It will be mostly textbooks and maybe 10 of them or so. I do Not want to make this an ongoing business of mine. I want it to be as quick and easy on me as I will be preparing for classes myself and want to prepare these sales now. And of course I want to make as much money as I can since this will much of fund my textbook needs as well.

Thanks!

What’s a good way to get into real estate sales without any experience?

I’m about to pass my real estate fundamentals/practice class. I should be able to take and pass the state exam by April. I’m a 19 year old college student without any office experience. Previously , i’ve only had work as a dish washer and as a fine dining server. I live in Philadelphia and would like to get started with some work this summer to help pay for college and rent but i don’t know where to begin. Do i just start calling brokers or is there some type of entry level position someone in my position should seek? I’m good with people and i know the practice really well from a textbook standpoint, but i could use some input. Which door do i need to get my foot in?
