I don’t know of anyone who sells ti-84 programs. You can find tons of free programs on ticalc.org, though. As for the specific kinds of apps you’re looking for, I don’t think there are any that do exactly what you want. You can find programs to do specific calculations, but they won’t necessarily show you every step.
