Ogham Tuesday: Willow

When Willow shows up in a reading for me, it’s a signal to tune into my intuition and look for what is below the surface. On good days, Willow reminds me that my emotional life is valid and full of wisdom that transcends boundaries. On not-so-good days, Willow demonstrates how I can stay true to myself by flowing instead of bracing (or breaking). 

With Willow, location matters. Its root system can stabilize a riverbank just as well as it can tear into your water pipes. And the branches sway romantically in the breeze but frequently obscure what’s behind the curtain of leaves. Observe the action of Willow in your internal landscape and bend its energy toward progress.
